IMPLEMENTASI TERAPI KELUARGA STRATEGIS DAN TEKNIK TOKEN EKONOMI TERHADAP PERILAKU AGRESIF PENYANDANG DISABILITAS INTELEKTUAL DI KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

Abstract

Aggressive behaviour leads to hurt both physically and mentally to individual or an object. Aggressive behaviour displayed by the respondent in the form of struck, breaking things, said rough and cussed. The aim of the research is to obtain description about respondent’s aggressive behaviour both before and after the intervention provision. This research also aims to gain the description about the implementation of strategic family therapy towards respondent’s aggressive behaviour and the implementation of economic token technique towards respondent’s aggressive behaviour.

The research method used is quantitative with Single Subject Design and data collection technique used observation, structured interview and documentation study. Then validity test used correlation product moment formula and reliability test used Alpha Chronbach technique with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) support. Furthermore, the research result is analysed by using quantitative analysis technique with Two Standard Deviation (2 SD) formula to examine the main hypothesis and sub-hypothesis.

The result showed that the implementation of strategic family therapy is able to decrease respondent’s aggressive behaviour, before the intervention the respondent’s aggressive behaviour achieved a score 121 and after the intervention is 106. Economic token technique which is used in the intervention is able to decrease respondent’s aggressive behaviour, during the pre-test the score is 106 and after the intervention (post-test) the aggressive behaviour performed by respondent reached 81.

Abstrak

Perilaku agresif mengarah pada perilaku yang menyakiti baik secara fisik maupun mental terhadap individu maupun suatu objek. Perilaku agresif yang ditampilkan responden berupa memukul, menendang, merusak barang, berkata kasar dan berteriak sambil mengumpat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran perilaku agresif responden penelitian baik itu sebelum pemberian intervensi, maupun setelah pemberian intervensi. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran implementasi terapi keluarga strategis terhadap perilaku agresif responden dan implementasi teknik token ekonomi terhadap perilaku agresif responden.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan subjek tunggal (Single Subject Design) dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Selanjutnya uji validitas menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik Alpha Chronbach dengan bantuan SPSS (Statistical, Product and Service Solution). Selanjutnya hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus Two Standard Deviation (2 SD) untuk menguji hipotesis utama dan sub-sub hipotesis.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi terapi keluarga strategis mampu menurunkan perilaku agresif responden, sebelum intervensi perilaku agresif responden mencapai skor 121 setelah intervensi mencapai skor 106. Teknik Token ekonomi yang digunakan dalam intervensi mampu mengurangi perilaku agresif responden, sebelum intervensi (pretest) dengan skor 106 dan setelah intervensi (posttest) perilaku agresif yang ditampilkan responden mencapai skor 81.
